    A past president of the American Medical Association, she served for two years as senior advisor in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She is an elected member of the National Academy of Medicine, considered one of the highest honors in the fields of health and medicine.

    Michele Hrichan

    A member of the Univera Healthcare team for over a decade, Michele started in Customer Service, moved to become a Quality Auditor and most recently to a Regional Medicare Sales Consultant.

    She has a degree in nursing, and played D1 softball at Florida State University. Michele is an avid community volunteer. She has donated her time to several community organizations, including Hearts for the Homeless and Hospice for nearly 20 years.

    Bill Daniels

    As the Coordinator of Insurance, Outreach and Counseling, Mr. Daniels provides unbiased comparisons of the Medicare advantage plans and standard Medicare supplemental plans available in Erie County – as well as options regarding filling the gaps in Medicare and paying for long-term care.

    A graduate of Buffalo State College, he also earned certificates in Labor Studies from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
